Hayo all I’m back with another map. This map was a commission that I picked up that went a little sideways but the end result is still amazing. For this map, I used a much more varied and saturated color scheme from seeing some of limk’s crazy maps and cjrainbolts use of clays. I see soo many colors in cliffsides, red, orange, green and black are some of those; a simple gray in Minecraft does not satisfy my hunger for colors. To some the bash of colors may be a tad too much but if you’re a color lover like me you will love the colors portrayed here. I also varied my objects to create several different areas with a limited list of biomes and objects. Finally, I created more terrain types to use in my future maps. I’m sorry that this map was put on hold for a long time but I hope the renders and the map itself is worth the wait.
Entry number one: April 20th At last after spending many months out at sea we have come across land. And that a beautiful sight for sore eyes. The cliffs are made or oranges and yellows and the trees brisling with a golden green and royal emerald. We will make camps here and scout to the land to find good places for settlement.
Entry number two: May 20th Today we have met some of the natives. They are a fur covered people, painted with the greens and browns of the rocks. They worship the mountains that splinter the land and the great river that divides their camps. In slow musical vowels, they told us that they were moving north, something about a rite of passage and great spiritual power in the white. I decided to join them on their journey.
Entry number three: November 13th There is something wrong in these lands. I cannot tell but it is same thing that has frozen these tress to the core. Our band keeps moving. They show some sort of sign as if they were being watched.
Entry number four: November 13th I see the fire. It penetrates me. I am one now.
