This is a second modern Flat / Apartment I built.
It uses a lot of blocks to make most of m are clay blocks.
Its not really survival friendly but you can make 1 room.
I tried my best to make a cool room.

Also this is built using the flow HD 128x Texture pack With sharers mod so when you use those 2 things the building will look more amazing :) Mcschematic is not the same as the end result (i edited a bit)
