The City is based on Rome, as the name, Vesperium, is in Latin, and is a combination of the word vesper, which means evening star, and Imperium, which means empire. The architecture also consist of Roman Architecture as well as Italian Renaissance theme. The city is set during Autumn and has advance knowledge in astronomy.
I built this all by myself, using world edit, and Voxel sniper.

Long ago, a great empire Vesperium ruled the ancient land. The empire was known for its advance knowledge in science. The high priest perfected an Elixir of Immortality. Greedy however, he kept it a secret. Through their conquest, the civilization made many enemies. On the night of the Autumn Festival, a pack of barbarians grouped up and ambush the capital city. The capital was set ablaze and soon the rest of the empire fell as well. Having no more enemies, the barbarians lay dormant. Only the high priest was able to flee. He became a lost wanderer and roam the land. He had witness lost civilizations sinking into the sea, Island industrializing with technology never been seen before, even a galactic war on a different planet. He roam for so long, he had forgotten his past names. Now he refer himself as The Oracle.
Steve was fascinated with a man he found while walking through the desert. The man knows immense knowledge of ancient empires. Steve realize this traveler can help his friend, an archaeologist, who is uncovering ruins of Vesperium. The two arrive at the dig site only to find a thunderous rumble. The miners awoken the barbarians! Angered, the Oracle summon all his magic. Energy flooded the ruins. The Ancient capital was finally reborn into its former glory.
